Even though I have no certifications in any nursing only experience from in home caregiving, is it possible to get a complete masters or just an Rn degree online? with no prior certifications

Not completely online; you need to do science labs and clinicals in person. Some online programs arrange for you to do this at local universities; if they don’t, they’re almost certainly not accredited.
