Ashford University?
I’m looking into getting my degree through an online program and have been trying to do as much research as possible. As of now I am seriously considering Ashford University. I’m just wondering if anyone has had experience with this school or know of anyone who has. If you have any feedback on this school I would greatly appreciate the insight. I’ve found a good bit of information and stats but haven’t yet heard any personal experiences and that speaks volumes to me. So please let me know! Thanks!
I currently am in Ashford University and I’ll tell you that you really want to check out the financial part, as from what I’m told it is going to cost me about a 1,000 per class and that doesn’t include books, which I have to order from some other company, plu you have too many people handling your financial issues and its a real headache having to repeat forms to different financial advice people. I am up to 3 different people handling the money part. Now I’m wondering if I made a big mistake. I just found out that my local university is offering classes and off campus its a deal money wise.

Besure to spread the word about Kaplan University so that no one else will be a victim and have to pay for a very expensive lesson of paying something for nothing like I did.

Online Master’s Degree? University of Phoenix Online?
Is a degree obtained online marketable? Also how do you read the assigned readings for an online course and tackle the assignments at University of Phoenix online?
Hi
Some employers may be skeptical of any online degree, but a lot of employers are becoming more acceptable of online degrees. Your instructor should post reading assignments and other assignments on the course’s website. Does the university use a course management system such as Moodle or Blackboard? If it uses either, then that is where you will go to view info about your class. If you do attend an online university, whether it is the University of Phoenix or not, make sure that it is accredited. This is what I told someone about accreditation in another question (It’s the 2nd answer):

I hope this helps you and I wish you the best of luck with your degree.
My online Associates degree in Paralegal Studies is going to cost me at least 21000. is this a reasonable pric
Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies at Colorado Tech online. The whole college course is 16 months, and it will cost around $21000. Seems like a nice virtual campus, setup, and student support, but I don’t know what the norm is with online colleges. (its not only an internet entity. There are also ground campuses.)
That is completely ridiculous. My friend is attending class on campus and it is only costing her 4000 dollars at the community college for 2 full years of schooling!
