My wife is considering earning a nursing degree online. She has a bachelor’s degree in Management already and she wants to get a nursing degree online. I really need some help

Nursing degrees can be earned online from quite a few accredited online colleges and universities. These include American Sentinel University, Benedictine University, Walden University, Stevens-Henager College, University of Phoenix, Chamberlain College of Nursing along with numerous other online institutions. You can find an entire list of these accredited and affordable online schools as well as their reviews at http://www.onlineedublog.com . All you need to do is go through the reviews and then decide with your wife as to where she wants to enroll

Ashford University is regionally accredited by the NorthCentral Association. That’s the level of accreditation you should insist on with any program – online or classroom. The NorthCentral Association is the accreditor of all of the "normal" universities in that part of the country.

We can’t say "same as any" because you can’t pick any two out there and say they’re the same.

Harvard isn’t the same is West Florida for example. Ashford is nowhere near the class of Harvard.

USNews ranks them as "unranked school", that’s not very good for reputation enhancement.
